How Much Do You Need From Us?

Every project is different. Some customers already have a concrete pad poured and just need the building. Others are starting from raw land and need help with the pad, permitting, and the full install. We can work with both — and everything in between.

Building Only

You handle the pad, permits, and site prep. We deliver and install the steel building. This is a common choice for customers who already have a concrete pad or are working with their own contractor for site work.

Building + Pad

We coordinate the building and the concrete pad together. If you do not have an existing surface, we can help you get a pad in place before your building ships.

Building + Pad + Permitting

Full-scope support. We help you navigate the permitting process for your county, coordinate the pad, and handle the installation from start to finish. Not every project requires this scope, but if yours does — we can walk you through it.

Not sure which scope fits your project? Tell us what you have and what you need — we will help you figure out the right level of involvement before you commit to anything.
